Miller Garden Club Meeting

and Special Presentation for Master Gardeners

by Nathanael Pilla

April 22, 2017

What a great morning April 22! Visiting Master Gardeners helped us with spreading mulch in the courtyards (even if they didn’t know that was part of the deal). Dawn Vanzo made sure we were on task. We had fun with the ice breaker that John Ploof helped design. The Business meeting went well. Nathanael Pilla gave a short, energizing presentation and stayed another hour answering individual questions. Great guy and so knowledgeable. Some people were engrossed in the Shifting Sands documentary. And the food was delicious. The whole morning was productive, fun, and energizing. We made new friends with Master Gardeners from Highland, Crown Point, Dyer and more. Our guests commented that we are a fun group. Yay!
